We will only accept returns and exchanges on tagged, unworn and unaltered clothing.  Shirts must be pinned and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn.  Suits must be on hangers.  We will not process a refund or exchange if items are sent back to us in anything other than new condition with original tags attached.  Refunds and exchange credits will be based on merchandise values only. Shipping is a service and is non-refundable once a package has been shipped. 

 

We are happy to process your return as either a refund, merchandise credit, or an exchange.  PLEASE NOTE:  If you choose to exchange, you forfeit the option to return the exchange item for a refund. Any subsequent returns on a previously exchanged item would be processed for a new exchange or for merchandise credit only.

 

Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery.  Damages and defects must be claimed within 10 days of receipt.   Damaged or defective merchandise can only be exchanged for the same item.  If a replacement for a damaged or defective item is not available, store credit will be issued.  No refunds will be given on damaged or defective merchandise. In order to process your exchange, please contact us. 
 

We recently streamlined our return process. Your return can easily be done online in a few easy steps.

1.) Complete the form above. You will have the option to choose your carrier we recommend UPS or you can send the box via whatever method you choose. 

2.) Once you add the label to your cart and complete your transaction, your return label will be processed within 2 business days. Check your email and your spam folder. Return labels come directly from UPS. We strongly recommend that you save a copy of the tracking number, so you can track your package. Because the return labels are issued directly by UPS, we have no access to them and will be unable to track your package.

3.) You can drop the box at any UPS drop off location, or you can call UPS at 800-742-5877 to schedule a pick up.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of the items. You will receive an email when we receive the item. In the case of an exchange in which an amount is due, we will process the exchange once we receive the difference owed. 

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.   Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card only.

When making a return by mail, please include the Packing slip and indicate the reasons for return. Insure the package and send it to:

If you choose to return the items using a method of your choice, we will not be responsible for returns sent to any address other than the address listed above.

We recommend that you return items with a method that includes a tracking number. This will protect you in the case of a lost package. If a return package is lost, you are responsible for working with the shipping company.  London Suits CO. will not be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged by the shipping company.
